BGH Valuation Services, LLC is a business valuation and appraisal firm that specializes in compiling valuations and appraisals for Mergers and Acquisitions (SBA Financing) and Estate Planning. BGH also provides certified independent business valuations and appraisals for tax transactions, IRS liens, buy-sell agreements, partner disputes, 401k ROBS financing, and ESOPs. BGH also works with business owners by providing a professional report to assist with establishing a selling price for their business.
